Default PVP Warrior/Mo Axe Smite Build

Hey guys, here's a PVP build I'm currently working on.

I'm using both Smite and Healing Prayers because I wanna be self sufficient and take some slack off the monk, will still doing adequate damage. Instead of having one skill at 11-12, I decided to go with two skills at 9. This is also to get around the diminishing returns you get as you invest more and more points into an attribute. This build could definitely use help though. Let me know what you guys thin.

Equipment:

Furious Axe of Axe Mastery
+life when enchanted shield / +27/30/-1 healing ankh

Attributes:

Axe Mastery: 12 + 2
Smiting Prayers: 9
Healing Prayers: 9
Strength: 8+1

Skills:

Frenzy
Penetrating Blow
Eviscerate
Disrupting Chop
Axe Rake
Live Vicarously
Judge's Insight
Sprint

I think Live Vicariously is not needed here. You gain 9 hp per hit, which is really low to be of any use. You should carry mend ailment instead, because your team monk might not have time to cure conditions such as cripple and blind, the two most devastating ones for a warrior. Also as a warrior, you only have 2 mana regen, with live vicariously and that healing ankh, you will have no possible way to regain mana.

I think this is a better skill distribution:

12 + 4 Axe
10 + 1 Strength
Rest in Smite

Use Strength and Honor instead of judge's insight, although I don't see no harm in using both.

Also carry rez signet for a rez quick.

So skill-wise:

Eviscerate
Penetrating Blow
Disrupting Chop
Axe Rake
Frenzy
Strenght of Honor
Mend Ailment
Rez Signet

Note: healing breeze might not be a bad idea because the only things that will hurt greatly early on is poison, burning, bleed and disease as well as life degen hexes.

Vigorous spirit has the same effect (not the exact same break points, but close) as Live Vicariously, and it's not maintained.
